How to reach us
Residenza Veneziana is located near San Zaccaria Church just a few minutes away from St. Mark’s Square in a typical venetian area surrounded by canals and bridges. The location is in the heart of ‘real’ Venice in an enviably peaceful spot away from the tourist paths, yet walking distance to the city’s main sightseeing attractions and San Zaccaria Boat Station for the transfer to and from the airport and train station.
FOR THOSE ARRIVING BY PLANE
The best way to get to Residenza Veneziana from the airport Marco Polo is to take the boat ALILAGUNA line BLUE (http://www.alilaguna.it/en/linea-blu/blu-timetable) and get off at San Marco San Zaccaria. The price of the ticket is 15€ (14€ if purchased online).
Get off at San Zaccaria station and take Calle delle Rasse ( between hotel Danieli and Danieli Excelsior hotel). Walk straight and turn right at the end of the street, then pass a little bridge and turn left before the bar BACARO RISORTO. Follow the street until you reach the canal and you will find Residenza Veneziana on the right side.
An alternative route is to take ACTV bus number 5 or bus ATVO (8€) from Marco Polo Airport to Piazzale Roma (Venice Bus Station). From the bus station, you can take waterbus (7,50€) number 1,2 or N, direction San Marco. The number 2 is the best solution because it is faster than the number 1 service. You will have to get off at San Marco San Zaccaria (not San Marco Vallaresso) and take Calle delle Rasse ( between hotel Danieli and Danieli Excelsior). Walk straight and turn right at the end of the street, then pass a little bridge and turn left before the bar BACARO
RISORTO. Follow the street until you reach the canal and you will find Residenza Veneziana on the right side.
If you land in Treviso airport, you can take the ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma (Venice Bus Station). From there please follow the directions above.
FOR THOSE ARRIVING BY CAR
You can park your car in Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto Parking. From there you can take waterbus (7,50€) number 1,2 or N, direction San Marco.
